Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Fantastic temperment, smart, agile and the good looks.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Play, run, fetch, jump and snuggle.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: Dog Lover's Grooming Salon, Franklin, MA -- fantastic!!!!

We have a competition this weekend in Applevalley CA, I am just praying for no rain. Buddy will hopefully get through his Advanced legs. Kona will compete in April, she should move up to Advanced if everything goes well. She is my little ground sniffer, so inside she is perfect, outside on grass I have to compete with so many of those wonderful smells!

Ended up with a girl and because of her name she gets called a boy all of the time. Oh well it's still a cool name. We're about to get a second doodle. A goldendoodle this time and we're naming him Dustin Pedroia! Go Red Sox!

At 12:04pm on March 2, 2009, Leslie and Halas said…: Sitting politely to be petted was Halas' biggest challenge for the CGC test. But he did it on our 2nd try. He still has a tough time with it, but he's getting better. If he sees a person, even if they are far away and/or not looking at him, he'll immediately sit. But the closer they get to him, the more excited he gets, and he just can't contain himself. He tries to be still, but he just starts shaking from excitement and he has to jump. Fenway will get there.

I agree on your other point too, we were all just having the conversation that if, god forbid, anything happened to our spouses we would never marry again. I kinda left out I would just get another doodle instead of a husband LOL
