I'm married for 41 years and have 3 grown children and two grandsons. I'm an avid knitter and love animals especially dogs.

We have 2 dogs. Licorice is a 10 year old tricolor Cavaschon and Xan our goldendoodle is an F1 doodle. His mother is a medium standard poodle and father is a golden retriever. He is a smooth coat and has the dominant looks of the retriever. He is our curmudgeonous cur.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Our grandson has Aspberger's and we are training him to be a therapy dog

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Our grandsons love to run and play with him and my mother-in-law is 93 so we like to take I'm to visit at the nursing home. He loves walks and plays with our grand dogs who are Australian Shepherds
