About Me:: I'm a marketing manager in historic Cape May, NJ. Married with 2 grown kids. I have raised and shown Cairn Terriers for a number of years. My husband and I decided that we wanted a bigger, potentially water-oriented dog for our current beach and boat lifestyle. After much study, we decided on a Labradoodle.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Decker is 5 months old and came from a loving private breeder whom we found after an exhaustive search for non-puppyfarm breeders. He is a loving, intelligent, very mischievous, active boy. His favorite thing is to play with his litter-sister that went home with my sister-in-law in PA. We all get together a couple times a month.

Decker's "foster mom" is my 5 yr old Cairn Terrier, Bailey. She takes no nonsense from the rambunctious puppy and is doing her best to teach the youngster some manners. To aid her efforts, we have started Decker in an obedience class, which he loves!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Research and making a point of meeting as many as possible made up our minds.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Play, snuggle, and practice new behaviors with lots of treats,
