What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I'm looking for a Newfidoodle and I know this site is for labradoodles...but I'm really trying to find a decent breeder in the Toronto area

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I like Newfoundland dogs and I love standard poodles. I live in a really cold climate and I really like the combined nature of both fabulous dogs

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: hike, cross country ski and hang out by the ocean

At 7:54pm on October 4, 2012, Ginny Nightingale said…: Don't know too much about newfiedoodles, but there may not be too many breeders out there that are doing health testing on the breeding dogs--simply because it is not a popular breed that is being developed in may places. Goldendoodle and Labradoodle breeders have been working on the breed for quite a while now and there are MANY responsible breeders--you may have better luck finding a healthy well raised puppy if you get one of those two breeds. I have three labradoodles and both LDs and GDs can be great dogs--start with a healthy pup and go from there!
