- We love to take Oliver fishing and for long walks. He's just learning fetch and all the commands so it has been a fun learning process with lots of treats!

He does resemble a labradoodle a little more than a goldendoodle, but he is absolutely darling. And his coat is beautiful. His color is wonderful and the golden retriever really shows there. Looks like he has plenty of hair, but you may get a shorter haired goldendoodle. Just wait a little, he has a lot of growing to do. And when he grows into those paws, you are going to have a big boy. Maybe you will luck out a little in the grooming area. Most goldendoodles need a full groom every six-eight weeks.
