I checked to see if Khloe was an ALD, which she is not. ALDs are extremely active in the evenings and I guess some goldendoodles are also! It really is her age and she will settle down in another year. That probably is not much help now, but I think the best thing right now is a lot of exercise so she is tired out in the evenings. Then just ignore the behavior you do not want to encourage. Off leash time is the best for running, so see if you can find some areas where she can be off leash. My dogs are always tired after a good romp at the dog park. Think of it this way - she is encouraging you to get more exercise and less TV. It has got to be good for you.
