About Me:

I work from home as the executive director for a state land trust organization. I love the outdoors. I am married, I have 6 children all grown and have 17 grandchildren. I love my Goldendoodle.

Miniature Goldendoodle, Sofi. She is 7 months old and is an F1 miniature goldendoodle from Wisconsin. She is perfect for us. She is our only pet.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I needed a dog that did not shed as much as others. I wanted a smaller dog so I got a miniature -- but not too small. I wanted a calmer dog so I chose a Golden Retriever mix. When my kids were little I owned a couple of Viszla's and an Aussie. But both have too much energy for me now.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

We love taking her on walks in the foothills, love playing fetch with her, she is a great cuddler.

A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

I groom her.
