About Me:

My husband and I are happily retired. Our family is grown and we have 3 beautiful grandchildren, whom we are very active with. Our 2, 4 legged children were Llaso Apsos. They lived to be 15. You never get over the loss, so after 18 months we decided we had to stop grieving and find our dog joy again. Our son suggested a doodle, a labradoodle. We were hooked. We spent a lot of time researching the breeders on the west coast and came across "Lovable Labradoodles." The rest is history.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

we have a mini labradoodle, Shiba. She's red, feisty, and just like the breeder told us, she's all alpha! We have no other pets. Our lives are pretty much centered on Shiba and the grandchildren. Where we go she goes. We have trained her to be a traveler and she's a great co-pilot.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We did our research. We knew we wanted a dog that loved people, was playful, was smart and had a calm nature. She's all of that. We work with Shiba throughout our daily lives, hence we have a well trained calm 4 legged family member, whose a real hoot!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Everything we do involves Shiba, or at least 90% of everything we do involves her. She is occasionally babysat, but never ever boarded. Never!!!!

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

Our groomer that lives here in our community.

Favorite Doodle Products?

I can't say we have favorite doodle products. We have lots of treats, good food and oodles of toys.
