I have had 3 golden retrievers. The last,Gabriel, was a frequent visitor to Arbor Park. He passed away the day after Thanksgiving. Truly a Black Friday for me. I enjoy walking, Arbor Park, the beach and cooking

After I lost Gabriel, I decided I did not have another 70 pound dog in me. My love of goldens led me to a doodle. I now share my home with Charlotte a mini golden doodle. She is 4 months old and is from Utah. She is a very sweet and smart girl and loves to play

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I loved my goldens and wanted something smaller. A mix of a golden and poodle seems a natural. I must say after many years of goldens, the idea of not living with dog hair is appealing. Besides, who could resist this little ball of curls?

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

She is a natural ball player and we love playing fetch. She has finally had her shots so we can walk. Charlotte already has many friends who come and visit her. I love sharing her with others who can't have a dog.
