At 11:42am on October 28, 2008, Karen & Lucy said…: Thanks for the comments about Lucy. I use a Halti on her around groups of people and she is just great with it. She is a different dog with it on. She has passed obediance, but haven't started her towards her CGC yet. I want to get that too then on to therapy. The hosp. I work at allows dogs to come in to visit without being certified if they meet certain criteria. I am going to check it out. Would love to start her doing that now if I can. I bought a reg. humane comb for Lucy too, but I think I bought one with the teeth too far apart. I found a different comb that has metal teeth and it does a fair job, but when her fur gets longer like it is now, it is hard to get down to the skin
