Hi Phoebe ~ Just came in to Welcome you to Doodle Kisses. Saw your post about fleas and just want to encourage you to treat Charlie immediately. I also want to say I mean this post in the kindest way.
Have you had him to the vet for a wellness check? That would be my first step. They can give him a Capstar tablet that will kill the adult fleas. Then you can discuss treatment with his vet. Please do not try to do this naturally, because it just will not work. Not treating can cause a host of other problems such as anemia. And since fleas are hosts to tapeworm, you are going to have to worm him one a month also. You cannot afford to have Charlie get heartworm, because of negligence. Please reconsider.
When you get a chance be sure to check out the groups section on the main page and join as many as you like. Once again, Welcome to Doodle Kisses!
