Hi! Welcome to our doodle group! Did you have a chance to make it to our doodle romp yesterday (Oct 3) in Leipers Fork? I missed my own doodle romp as one our doodles chose five minutes before we were leaving to start having her puppies. Eleven pups later, all is well, but I did miss out on a wonderday day!

Hi Robin. I'm just wondering how Bently is doing. Willy is a great dog, and at 7 months is just over 40 pounds. He is being neutered today, and I'm waiting anxiously to bring him home. Have you had Bently neutered yet?

Willy is 29.6 pounds, at 4 months, so I guess he will be larger than we thought, BUT, that's okay, as I have always loved Standard Poodles and was thinking of getting another one when I saw Willy's picture. I didn't care about his size, I just loved the way he looks. He has a beautifull nature too, so I'm happy either way.

Hi Robin. I think Willy is going to be bigger too. He goes for his final shots tomorrow and I will weigh him there. He is a pretty laid back guy with spurts of enthusiasm and then quiet times. He really listens and wants to please me. (Most the time!)

How is Benson doing? It's their 4th month Birthday tomorrow. Have you heard from other owners of pups from this litter? It would be great to see how each of these pups matures.
Willy has been such a great pup.I am amazed at how quickly he was housetrained. We really trys to please me and follows me everywhere. He is growing so quickly and I think he is going to be a big boy.

Samantha & I live in Short Hills, NJ. She begged & pleaded to get out of the cold and DH & I finally gave in and we left NJ for our apartment in Florida. On the way we stopped to visit friends in Richmond. Belinda from the Richmond group invited us over to meet her and she surprised us with 16 Doodles that came over to play. We have also met several DK members here in Florida. You have found a wonderful extended family here in DK.

Have you found a Puppy Kindergarten class yet?? That will be the best thing for the 3 of you. A great place to learn 'how to' and ask questions and hear what others are going through - besides just the basic commands which is essential!!
