Hello, I'm a retired mom, grandmother & dog & cat mom. We've always had dogs & cats, but Sadie is our first Doodle. I was very excited to find this website & other owners. Looking forward to hearing about everyone's Doodle adventures.

12 week old Labradoodle Sadie. We also have two six year old ShiChis (Shitzu & Chihuahua), male & female Shay & Kiley. We also have a 14 yr old female cat who is not a fan of Sadie just yet!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We lost our 9 year old golden retriever Jackson almost two years ago & there's been a void. I was familiar with Doodles (Lab & Golden) & found the idea of the sweet disposition of the retriever & intelligence of the standard poodle intriguing. The possibility of less shedding was another selling point.
