Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

About a year ago, I donated a special female pup to a family to be trained as a seizure alert dog for their young son.
They neglected to get the special training, but did train her well with basic things. She is completely housebroken and sweet.
The family says that everyone loves her and she loves all dogs and people that she meets.
She does shed slightly (she resembles an F1 in appearance) and she is large...70 lbs!
I own both of her parents and I know that she came from great stock. She is sensitive, loving, loyal, smart and she really deserves a good home.
I have asked the family to ship her back to me (in California) if we can't find a great forever home near them (Nebraska). So, since we are shipping her, we could probably get her to just about any location...please, just be sure that you want to keep her. It breaks my heart that she is being displaced.
The family told me that they don't have the time she needs for play and attention...someone near them said that they were told that she was just too big.
Imagine, giving up a family member for that??!
Anyone looking for an adult, trained, wonderful dog please get in touch with me.
She is scheduled to come back to California in mid-September.

She looks like a little monkey like my Thule...I like her!
Doe and celticwhatknots are both searching for a new pup--might search for them under members and see if they are interested...not sure what KIND of doodle they want.
Thanks, Adina, I'll find them and send a note. (I think she is a cutie too...I love the F1 look!)
Update...we are finding a home for Allie though the great folks at www.idog.biz so if anyone is interested, please contact Jo, Shannon or Ann at IDOG.
Thanks!
Thank you, Jacque, for being such a caring person and responsible breeder.
There is no better way on earth to rehome a doodle than through IDOG RRR; they truly treat each dog as if it were their own. I know this adorable girl will get a wonderful forever home.
Thank you, Karen...I agree...the work that they do is phenominal!
I have "known" Shannon from another forum, before she was a part of IDOG and I watched her rescue doodle after doodle and help to place them...before she had any help or backing at all. She is a wonderful person.
Then, when she joined IDOG, I was thrilled. Together they IDOG group, Shannon (with Jo, Ann and others) are able to place loving companions with their perfect homes.
What a gift this is to the doodles, the families and our communities.
Thanks!
