As much as I try to respond to inquiries quickly, as our site grows it will be impossible for me to get to everyone in a timely manner. If your question is about HOW TO do something here...please post in the forum so that ANYONE can answer your question as soon as they see it. You are likely to get faster help that way from whoever is online at the time.

And if you KNOW the answer to someone's questions, feel free to pop in and help out. This way nobody has to wait around and you can get answers to your navigation questions more quickly.

However, if your question is more personal or you think it's an issue that others can't help you with...feel free to private message me.

Hello! I have itunes and would like to add music however they are coming up MP4 and the site says it needs to be MP3.
