Please post name brand of dog food ONLY

I've searched through all of the old discussions about which dog food is best and have gone through all of the best dog food formula websites as well. However, after recently hearing about the Canidae formula change, I'm second guessing going with their ALS formula for our new puppy. (Does anyone still like Candiae?) SO, please post the name of other dog foods (JUST THE NAME!) that you recommend. I'd like to research specific brands and it would be easier if I just had a simple list that I could bring with me on our search. Thanks!

I just switched my dogs food to Origen it was highly recommened by the trainer and also my freind who deals in all herbs and special diets of animals.So Im giving it a try,so far so good.I tryed the blue buffaloe,was not happy with that,wellness gave him loose stools,he told me alot of these companys there food is made in china!!! (not good) Origen is made in canda,the only draw back its hard to find!Cheech seems to really like it this one gets 6*s, Gool luck

Kathy, I am always looking for the best food that I can find also. I have also tried the Blue Buffalo. I am now using Evo. Have you heard anything about that?

No Brenda I never heard of Evo,so far the Origen (probably spelled wrong) is working fine for me.It seems like everybody where I take my dog to training is useing it.Good luck!!! It gets very confuseing!!!!

Fromm Four Star Chicken. I was feeding Wellness Large Breed Puppy, but it got to be SO expensive I knew there were other excellent foods out there for a lower cost. Fromm Four Star gets 5 stars on dogfoodanalysis.com and I was really impressed by their ingredients, attention to quality, longstanding company, etc. Plus it's made nearby in Wisconsin which I like. Dodger is doing even better on this than Wellness. It's getting to be very popular around us and I am so happy I found this food!

When our dogs can't handle the dry food (tummy problems, etc), we feed this product.
Happy Dog - grain free dog food. We started it when Hondo had liver failure, and always keep some on hand now.
The website is www.happydogfood.com. Our dogs like it and it is great when a special diet is needed. Our usual food is Solid Gold - Adult formula
