We just got back from our trip to Wisconsin. We had a great time with the family.
So I come to "waggles" of happiness, Momma's home! I noticed Jordan's canine tooth is chipped! It is not bad just a little chip of the top. It does not seem to bother her, I can press on it and she is still chewing on her "Chewys". Brian says he cant see what I am talking about.
I will show our Vet when we go next month for her yearly.
What I am annoyed with is that she has gained weight, I have the dogs on a feeding schedule and amount. What I think happend is "they" just kept the bowls full. Jordan will eat, and eat if you let her. I worked really hard to have her lose weight. My Vet wanted her to lose weight about 5-7p.( I did that, I swear! LOL)
I wrote down very clear care instructions for the animals. I showed "them" how much food to feed.
Oh and My cat Azrelle... I could not find her. Oh I did locked in the "food" closet.
I have no idea how long she was in there for. In my care guide I put in there to make sure the Cats do not get locked in closets. Especially the food closet. They like to go in there because they can get in the garage my cats are inside only.
I just needed to vent. Thank you for listening.
PS
I Know I have issues, but really how long was she in there. I feel like that OCD guy from that show on E Flipping Out.

That's okay...you may vent! I am the same way!

I had a death in my family soon after we got our puppy and had to be gone all day for the funeral. I gave clear instuctions to the sitter, about how to feed her and left the bottled water on the counter with instuctions. Well, when we came home Giada was wet in her crate:(

First she had let my older dog get to Giada's food, then she didn't know what food to give her so she ended up giving her my other dog's food (the food containers were clearly maked with names AND photos!!!

Then from what she told me she let her out fed and gave her water ( a whole bottle nearly) and put her back in the crate--NEVER stayed and let her back out after she drank!!! So she peed in her crate....poor baby! I was so mad! Seems like she never really read my instuctions, but who gives a puppy a whole bottle of water and then puts them in a crate for 3 hours...seems like common sense to me.
Welcome baaaaaaaaaaaaack!
I've never seen "Flipping Out" but I would be a bit peeved too when my instructions were clearly not followed! Was it a real dog sitter or just a friend who stayed over that took care of the animals?

How long were you gone? She must have eaten a lot to gain weight so fast!

We own an Adult Family Home ( not your typical AFH, we specialize in younger adult males with TBI) think car accidents, drownings, War and what not. We rehab our "guys" to live on their own or with family we they are done with our program.
Our employees know our dogs but they do not do the daily care besides letting the dogs out, and making sure they have water in the AFH part of the house. We have a big house and our section in where we live and not part of the AFH. This time Brian had his Father, he has his own AFH (but his is your typical home) work most of the shifts because he wants to go on vacation is Aug. and they are doing a trade kinda thing. So our employees only worked their normal shifts. His Dad was here the whole time. I am "told" that the dishes were filled to top all day long. Sandy said she noticed the dishes and said something to him about it. We were gone for a 10 days. Also the dogs did not get their walks. I love my little spy, she is the best. She knows who writes the paychecks. LOL I kid,I kid!!
IDK maybe I am obsessing, like Brian thinks. Who knows what happend with the food. Jordan will eat, and eat, and eat. He knows this because when we go to their house they have a huge free feeder for their dogs and I have to block it so she wont eat.
Her tooth is probably her cow hooves she chews on. I do not blame anyone for that.
But Azrelle in the closet..... that bugs me to no end. Sandy saw her last night, so at least she was not in there for days. Azrelle once climbed into a drawer, I did not know she was in there and I shut her in there. She was there for hours, before I was like where is Azrelle?
Azrelle is my cat I've had since I was 17. She is the Queen and Jordan is the Princess. Payton is the King of the house. *hehe*
It could be that he feed her cheap treats too, (from his house) Jordan bloats up with soy. I will see in the next couple of days.
