Doodles owners with allergies

If anyone with allergies owns a Doodle and continues to have allergy issues...what kinds of things do you do to help your allergies? Is there a certain type of dog shampoo that you use, that helps with your allergies caused by the dog?

Chester is a rescue dog, the owner's son was allergic to his saliva. I wasn't even aware that could be an isssue. We lucked out though with a smashing dog!
