7th Annual Doodlepalooza Statewide Doodle Romp This Saturday in Vail, CO

The 7th Annual Doodlepalooza Statewide Doodle Romp will be held in Vail at Bighorn Park on Saturday August 28 from 11:00am to 2:00pm.  Lots of barking, fetching, playing, swimming,
drinking, playing and lazing around in the shade.  The doodle owners are
expected to provide towels to dry them off, poop bags to dispose of any
unpleasantries, and a comfortable ride to and from the romp, and an appetite to
partake in the BBQ.  We will provide the usual - hamburgers, hot dogs,
buns and condiments (donations accepted to defray the cost at the
picnic).  Please bring a side dish/salad/dessert to share with other
wonderful doodle owners. We will have a raffle and an obedience course too
with prizes.

Directions: From I-70 take the East Vail exit #180 and turn south going back under the overpass. You will be on the frontage road (Bighorn Road) going east towards Vail Pass. Turn right on Streamside Circle East (there will be a horizontal sign saying Bighorn Park).
Turn right on Meadow Lane/Drive and go past the Vail Racquet Club Condos. The
park is on your left.

We were thinking about going to the romp this weekend. It definately sounds like fun. But we will have to talk with the vet to see if we have enough vaccinations to go.

Sounds like it will be hot this weekend too!
