A big how-do-you-do from Lucy and me!

Hello, 

Wherever you happen to be in the world!! I am so happy to be welcome here since--technically and even not so technically, WE are not a doodle. My mom and my first choice for a rescue was a doodle, as another non-shedding and purely lovable dog, but we could not find one at the time.

And WHAT A LUCKY DAY FOR US THAT WAS!!

Because look!! 

I think probably everyone's rescue did this, but our Lucy shook and whined the whole way home in the car. She had been to several foster homes and returned within a year. Maybe she was afraid again, that this wouldn't be her forever home. Well, she's been with us five years now. You can see the big smile on her face, can't you? :D It warms my heart. She didn't even know how to play with toys at first, now she can't get ENOUGH squeeky toys. 

Thank you again for having us here. Lucy is thrilled to pieces. I told her about it yesterday. She said to say thanks. What? She can be polite when she wants something. :P

I do thank you for the kind welcome, however. You're quite the looker yourself. And I guess I wasn't playing fair. I do have my "come hither" bows on.

Well in Arkansas we have lots of ducks but sadly I'm a little slow trying to catch them. In fact I chase lots of things but never seem to catch anything which is ok with my Mom. The bows are a nice touch for sure.

That's okay, Skeet, I don't catch anything either, but I'm really good at chasing things! Especially squeaky toys! Thanks. I'm glad you like my bows. :) *preening*
