Adding Music to My Page

Okay, I guess I am totally computer challenged. I watched Adina's video on uploading music to my page and I am totally clueless. Can I take it from my iPod and if so, how do I do this. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Kate,
If you go to my page, where my music box is, you can click on it and add Music to your page that way. I couldn't get songs to download when I tried the other way. This was so much easier...let me know if you need help...
