Did I ever tell you about the time............. I tried to dye my poodle in the bathtub & permanently dyed my bathtub? LOL ....Puppy love from Joy & furry folk
These are all the same dog & that same woman, she does covers for Dog Grooming magazine. We had another discussion awhile back with lots more. I liked the peacock.
Here's the original discussion from December, with all of our comments for & against, and a link to the photos. Enjoy! http://www.doodlekisses.com/forum/topics/speechless-i-have-never-seen
And if you want even more, here's the actual website with even more amazing creations: http://www.pinkcoyote.net/creativegrooming.html
I just think it is a lot for the dogs to have to be patient while getting this done...I am sure it takes a long long time. As an artist, I appreciate the artwork, but to do it on a live animal? I don't know.....
I like Tilly's mohawk. I would not personally do it to Charlie, but I think it's fun when it's harmless like that.
Charlie is too dark for the dye job anyway. I might make her a Hershy Kiss shaped hat for Halloween....
That's true about poodles not being taken seriously, and it P's me off. But you can't help admiring the artistry of some of that. Imagine hand-scissoring all those feathers & things into a poodles fur! Most of us can barely trim the hair around their eyes evenly!
Its adorable! Why? Just because! I dress up my Schnoodles all the time. Everyone gets so much pleasure out of it. Everyone is my friend & my wannabe a celebrity needs gets met. LOL Puppy love from Joy & furry folk
