Any in-home dog sitter recommendations when we travel to the Denver area?

Hello all!

We are traveling to Colorado the end of July for a wedding and are planning on taking our 3 dogs with us. Two of the days will be very busy with visiting, rehearsal dinner, wedding/reception, etc. We would like to find a reliable dog sitter that will take our pups into their home for those 2 days and nights. 

I've found some very good possibilities on Rover.com, but I thought I would check to see if any of you might know someone personally who provides this type of service?

Where in Colorado? DRC has a couple of very good volunteers in CO that I could ask for referrals. And Jarka may know of someone.

The rehearsal dinner is in Evergreen and the wedding is in Idaho Springs- both are west of Denver. We were thinking anywhere on that west side would be great- we could drop off/pick up while traveling through.

I lived in Denver for 30 years, but never used a pet sitter. When my family and I went to Florida for a couple of weeks we boarded our little schnauzer in a kennel in Arvada, and Toby loved it there. It was a very nice place at the time. Of course that was in the late 80's. Who knows who runs it now. I moved away 8 years ago.

I'm in Denver, but I never used a dog sitter. We just don't travel without the doodles, or if I fly home to Europe, my husband stays home with them. I will post the question in our Denver pet professional group and will let you know if I get any response. But even if I do, I won't know anyone personally.

I appreciate the responses! We were originally planning on boarding Winnie and Bob at their regular doggy daycare. But, now that we have Indie, I want to take them all with us! Indie has never been to doggy daycare, and his tender soul needs a human to snuggle up with at night. :-)
