anybody with puppies from goldendoodle acres, kira and owen, have GI issues??

I was wondering if anyone with puppies from the same litter as mine are having GI issues with their dogs?  My puppy was born on June 19th, 2010. His parents were Kira and Owen. I know there were 10 pups in the litter. My dog has had issues with soft stools and sporadic vomiting since I brought him home. He was treated for Giardia and has had many tests done. I have been feeding him Holistic Select Duck and Oatmeal for quite awhile. He seems to do the best on this food, but I still wish his stool was firmer and don't understand the sporadic vomiting. The vet wants to do a Endoscopy and take a biopsy for Irritated Bowel Syndrome. Really don't want to go down that road. I was just wondering if anyone else has had these issues and what they feed their dogs.

I have two doodles. One could eat cement and she would be just fine. But one sounds just like yours. I have been in the food group many times looking for help.. I now have a happy dog. Yes, he still throws up, yes he still has soft stools but NOT very often and if and when this occurs, I know why, and how to fix it. Hope you all join us in there--it is the 2nd largest group on this site

We have switched to an all raw food diet and especially the addition of raw meaty bones has really firmed up their stools. At first they will be really loose for about a week but after that no issues. We got our Kona form the same breeder but different parents. He did have similar issues before switching to the raw food. It's a bit more work but I've made it work for us. I googled it and bought some books and on our way we were to this way of eating.
