I'll post him in the AZ group.
Karen, Thank you! I would run to Az. for him and foster him he's only 10 hrs. away. My 12 1/2 yr old Chessie is at my feet, he has bladder cancer the vet said we'd be lucky to see 5 months, March is 5 months! I really have to Thank You for all the information I have gotten from the Food Group. When Bear was diagnosed with bladder cancer, very rare. Gus with his scratch, scatch, itch, itch. I changed everything in my dogs life and mine too. EVO, home cooking, & EPO. Bears coat looks like a puppy coat, Gus is still scratch, scratch, itching at times. My Vet told me that years ago you didn;t see allergies in dogs. They were born in a location and given or sold in the same area, now they are born and relocated and their immune system is not familiar with what's around them. Bear was born in this area no allergies, all my Goldens who had allergies were born out of the area that I brought them into. Gus who has allergies was born out of the area. I think this makes since.
I'm glad I was able to help.
The coincidence in your post is that my Jack was sold in AZ...I don't know where he was born, but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be as miserable if he was still there. At least not during ragweed season and the rainy seasons here in Illinois.
This little guy sure has a doodle face, but he probably isn't a doodle...he's listed as "small". He's realllly cute, though!
