Cool! What's next? AKC adding doodles as official breeds? Has anyone heard any wibes about that? I feel like I read somewhere a long time ago that AKC is re-thinking the Goldendoodle mix, but I'm not sure if that's true. Go Doods!

No that's not happening. It's not that the AKC goes around looking for breeds to add.  There has to be a parent club (like the _fill in the blank_ breed club of America type deal) that applies to be included, I believe. They have to meet certain criteria.  Goldendoodles are still only a mixed breed...they have to become a real breed that breeds true and isn't made up of two different breeds still before they would be able to meet any criteria.  That's a few decades away and depends on breeders wanting that as a goal.

OH, OH, cropped shirt.  I just found one of my favs in the back reaches of my closet.  Of course it was the 80's and I was all about 105 pounds......I rocked!  LOL I saved it just to remind myself that I used to be cool!  :)
