Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Just had to post these pictures of Atticus, a Pet Partners Therapy dog, attending lunch with his colleagues at the Brooklyn Family Justice Center where Atticus provides support to the victims of domestic violence/ crime and human trafficking. Atticus, an Australian Labradoodle who is 19 months old and 70 lbs, is seated in his usual chair at the head of the table...Needless to say, a few of his colleagues managed to sneak him some goodies when I wasn't looking!

This is so great! Thank goodness for you and Atticus !! : )
Atticus, you deserve a few treats! Thank you for touching people’s lives when they need love and compassion the most!
Atticus is so cool! And I'm a little jealous of the job that allows him to go with you to things like luncheons!
Wonderful work, Atticus!
I work in the "justice" field and will get my 8.5 week-old Australian Labradoodle on May 13.
I was contacted to attend a discussion group with New Mexico's Deaf & Hard of Hearing Commission on May 15 & initially told them that I would love to be part of the discussion panel that was planned but I would have just picked up my puppy 2 days before. I got an email back that said "bring her along!"
It will only be a 1 hour meeting so I'm going. I would love to be able to have my pup become involved in some type of therapy work & this will be a very low-key introduction. (she clearly won't have a clue as to what is happening, other than that there will be a room full of folks giving her lots of hugs & kisses). I'm really hoping that there will also be folks present with various types of assistive devices to expose her to.
Thanks so much for also posting here so that we for sure see Atticus at work. He is a special boy. All of your hard work has made him wonderfully ready to help those who will need him.
AWESOME!!! He's gorgeous and I'm so glad to see someone else who is able to keep their Doodle's coat long. Its a lot of work and if you can do it, go for it!!! Good boy, he is.
Woohoo for Atticus!
Awesome....you must be so proud of him!
Yay for Atticus and Charley!
