BAD Chop Job at Stacy D's in Redmond, WA

I just wanted to let fellow doodle owners know of a bad experience I had with Stacy D's grooming in Redmond, WA. Despite my written instructions to only bathe, trim nails and trim foot fur on Toby, she also cut his facial hair and did not trim his dew claw nails. Not only that, but when I went to pick him up (he looked like a sheep who had stuck a foot in a electrical outlet), she told me twice (because I questioned it) that she didn't trim ANY hair except for on his feet. Not true - and the pictures that I took before and after don't lie. It's been hard finding someone good to work on a doodle -- everyone seems to want to trim them like a poodle. Toby ended up looking like a mad chow with a huge "shelf" of an eyebrow. I'll NEVER go back, and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. I'm not in the habit of giving bad reviews - but this was a horrible experience and I don't want others to have the same fate.
