Coco been in our house for about a week.  She's been doing reasonable ok on potty train, a few accident here and there but she's been able to hold it in the crate and upto 6 hours at nite in it.  I am really encourage. She has 2 accident in the crate mainly because I did not wake up in time. That's my bad.

However big cold, ice/snow weather hit us last nite and she can't go outside to do her business because it was too cold and she can't see no grass.  I have been trying to make her to use the pee pee pad but she does not like to use it.  She only use it twice when I won't allow her to go to lawn and patiently outlast her.

I take her out the whole morning every 10-20 mins and try to make her use the pee pee pad but she won't go plus it is too cold for her outside. She ended up having an accident in the house even though I have my eyes on her the whole time.

I try to move the pee pee pad inside and move her from the crate and the pad every 20 mins and see if she will catch on but unfortunately she still will not use the pad and instead ended up poo in the crate 1 time and pee in it another time.

I have been also using the puppy training aid and also the pee pad has her urine on it.  I am running out of idea, so I am asking for you guys help.  Thanks in advance.

You may have to clear off an area just outside the door where Coco can go outside on the grass.  Many of our puppies would not use the pads.
I think you might have to shovel a potty area for Coco outside and be consistent in taking her to that spot. Personally, I have never used puppy pads inside and would brave the cold to take her out.
It sounds like Coco is getting very confused with this change in your potty training technique.  I too would encourage you to clear off an area outside for her to use and to try to keep the training method as close as possible to what you have already been doing.  Forget the pads. If you have some paper or a cloth with her urine on it, it might help to take that outside for her to smell when you take her  outside to potty too. It will give her the idea of what she is to do. When Tara first came home she was trained to potty on shedded paper. We transitioned her to potty outside by taking little pieces of shedded paper with her pee on it and placing them on the ground outside. She caught on very quickly.

I did what u guys suggested.  It works.

I am worry about her being too young to be in the cold like that but I guess she can stand the cold more than I do, lol. Thanks again.

Yes these pups can take this weather much better than us.  We are in severe storm with lot's of snow and wind and R&B can't get enough!!  Keep taking her out, you certainly don't want her pottying in the crate.  We used pads but only worked half the time, the other half they ate them! LOL!!
