Black Doodle Who Changed Colors?

My foster is a black goldendoodle who at 8 months seems to be turning colors. She is blowing her puppy coat and I am curious about what might take place with her adult coat.  Her undercoat is mahogany in some areas, brown in others, and even golden retriever  orange.

Any other  black doodles out there that changed coat colors?

Porter is black down the middle, dark brown on his sides and legs, and silver in the face and edges of his ears.

I think I would be happy if Maggie changes color just a little bit. She is 6 months old and jet black which I love but you can't see that cute little face given her black nose and black eyes (with no white showing). If the groomer hadn't put a bow in her hair I wouldn't be able to tell her front from the back in a dimly lit room. She is half sister to Rosie (18 months) who is cream color and seems to get lighter every day. They both have the same dad, a mini cream poodle. Rosie's mom is a golden while Maggie's mom is a blue mini GD.

maggie is adorable just like she is! Check out my girls, they are litermate sisters (and look like yours) except my Lucy is getting some silver. Their mom is a blue as well.

Here is another of her chest. Completely different color than her back. Her butt and legs are chocolate and these look nothing like chocolate.

I don't know... some say Tori is "phantom", but from what I've read, she is truly a tri-color aussiedoodle. Her colors don't really seem to blend... I don't think, anyway..any other opinions?????

Until her coat is done changing, and Luca's still hasn't finished and believe or not Calla's just started, you'll never know. But I don't think she's a phantom.
