Brinkley is "The Beast" from Beauty and the Beast

My friend's little girl is dressing up as Belle from "Beauty and the Beast."  They asked if Brinkley could come along and be her "Beast" (since he does share that scruffy, furry appearance) so here's his homemade Beast costume that I made out of a thrift store shirt and some ribbon. Now let's just hope he doesn't become a beast.

 Thanks everyone!  I'm using tonight as a training opportunity.  He's gotten a bit overzealous on the leash when he sees other dogs.  He scared a woman and her dogs last night because he was overly excited to go check out the little furry dogs across the street.  I've got to nip this in the bud. I didn't let him go but it still freaked her out a bit. If I had a 68lb dog coming towards me, I'd think he was aggressive though he's not. 

 I have my treats loaded and we are going to have all the distractions I need to show him what he's allowed to do and what he isn't allowed to do. 

 

So I guess you could say he has become a bit of beast :)
