Just an absolutely beautiful day on Carmel Beach and I took my boys out in costume.  Of course, baths were in order when we got home, but everyone had a great time.  Renee and Kooper met us there for a little romp in the sand.

I love the photo of Groucho Too that is the up close one of his face.  What a handsome boy!!!  We went to the beach today only here in San Diego.  Weather looks the same!

Lynda, it looks like an awesome time. When we lived in CA we went to
Carmel Beach a couple of times.

Love the doodle costumes and  beach, looks like a wonderful day. Which do you think is easier to clean off a doodle, sand or snow?

You are SO fortunate and it looks like you had SUN! The beach at Carmel has to be in our top two beaches for the Doodles. Guess we haven't been to all that many. Coronado is a little higher on the list because it's about 450 miles closer and an absolutely wonderful dog beach. The week we were in Carmel (end of July) it was overcast and drizzly but at least not cold. Love the sweet town too! Oh, and all the Doodles looked great--in or out of their costumes. Bet they all had such fun.

The summers here on the central coast are not what you think of as summer.  They are usually cool and drizzly.  But then there is September and October - the best months of the year here.
