Jack won't eat carrots, but my other dogs loved them. Baby carrots are great treats for dogs.

Bear thinks carrots are the BEST!!!!  But his most favorite is whole wheat bread :)  LOL!!!!  People laugh when they find out he LOVES bread :)  He can hear from anywhere when someone goes to get a piece of bread :)

Camus is turned into a slightly finicky eater, used to like carrots - then not, then he was given a cooked carrot and devoured it.  Maybe spoiled is a better word.  He will even refuse or spit out treats he does not like!

Mine LOVE carrots! We buy the small carrots in the biggest bag we can find. They eat them up fast!

I gave Sadie a baby carrot the other day and she took it to the edge of the area rug--pretty much under the sofa--and chewed into tiny bits and left them there. I guess she was less than impressed with it.

When we brought Monty home, he would only eat baby carrots as treats. I had all these fancy training treats that I bought, and he refused to eat them. He only wanted the carrots. Not so much anymore. The little stinker realized treats from the store taste better and will only eat a carrot occasionally. The same with an apple or banana. He must be in the mood for those. But he does like olives and pineapples and is always ready to "help me" when I put these pizza toppings on my pizzas. And yes, he likes green beans as well.

I have always fed my dogs past and present carrots, they abosolutely love them.  I par-cook them then slice them into rounds and keep them in the fridge.   They love em' and they are healthy too !!!
