Coat type f1 labradoodle Kona

Hi doodle fans! 

I am just curious if anyone has an adult labradoodle that looked similar to our Kona at her age of 12 weeks. Pics please. Thanks in advance!

I had to go to your page to see photos. She has a gorgeous coat. My youngest doodle’s coat might have been as silky as hers but we didn’t have him as a puppy.

The people we got her from actually had her priced more than any of the other pups in her litter because they said she has a beautiful coat.  It  was quite different looking from the others. When we were there to pic our pup (or pup pic us) there was a couple there doing the same a d they already have 2 labradoodles... long story short, they made it clear that there is no positive way to identify a F1 puppy coat... we got her same price as the rest of the litter.

Fingers crossed she keeps her silky coat but no matter what she is and will be so loved

Thanks. Their coats range from Charlie’s fairly easy with little matting to Ned’s high, high maintenance, cottony one, to Clancy’s shedding one.

Your puppy is just darling. I have an F1 Goldendoodle. He's 11 now and his coat was like that as a pup as I recall....it was a long time ago. He has had a lovely coat all of his life. He doesn't mat easily, doesn't shed and he is easy to groom. I hope your Kona ends up with a coat like my Kona!

Your Bonnie and Kona are super cute! I viewed some of your old pics of your Kona when he was a pup, and I think they resemble each other more so than my Kona and her siblings! Lol

Thanks Katie. I’m Bonnie. (That’s hard to tell on DK) The doodles are Kona and Owen. Kona is as sweet as he is gorgeous. I’m sure yours is too!
