Ok so my Bella is 10wks old and I am confused about her colors and coat......She is very light cream in color but if you look at her lastest pic's she has something going on she has a very dark streak going down her back?????????? not sure what this is and if it is normal.....Bella is also shedding all over my clothes and i guess I am more aware since I have to wear black scrubs.....Is she to young to be shedding her baby coat?  If anyone has any input I am all ears......

Is she a F1 doodle? She looks like she has a wavy coat. So, she may be a girl who may shed a little. My dog did not start change her coat until 7 or 8 months old... I think Bella is way too young for the coat change.

Mine is chocolate, but her color slightly changed as she got older, too. Bella is sooo cute and beautiful!!

My Peri has the streak down her back - it is very common with doodles that are apricot/cream.
Peri shed lightly in the beginning, her adult coat started coming in from 6 months to 1 year. She now does not shed, but apparantly that is rare. Usually if doodles shed in the beginning, they always tend to shed (may be less though after the coat change). As others said, it is really hard to tell what their hair will look like until they actually start getting the adult fur in.

Thanks all the comments are really helping.....Bella's colors look just like your Peri if you looked at her pic's they are very similar in color......

If you check out my page you will see that Rosie was an apricot color when we got her and now at almost two she is cream. She does have a coarse streak going down her back also, something that is pretty common. Her half sister Maggie to black and ten months old. When I see her standing in the sunlight I see her coat has a tinge of brown so who knows what she will look like when she's two. It is hard to determine what they will look like when they grow up, just like kids.

The soft short haired muzzle and the coat on the rest of the body looks to me like a shedder from what I can see from the pictures and being not a professional. Of course the coat will still change but also the fact that the puppy is a F1 the risk that the pup will continue shedding is big. I have 2 doodles and 1 is a shedder. He shed from on puppy age and it never stopped also not after the coat change. My other doodle is a multigen Australian and doesn't shed at all. Can't you get some advice from the breeder where you got the puppy?

Streak is normal. Not all doodles are non-shedders. I have one of each.
