Those of you with curly doodles....what kind of comb or brush do you use? My doodle's back end gets a little matted at times.

A rotating tine comb is one of my very favorites and most important grooming tool. I love my Les Poochs too. The comb was not expensive, the brush was but they are both on my essentials list. Trick with grooming is not to leave it too long. I generally give a quick comb through daily and at the weekends a very thorough comb/brush which takes about 40 minutes per dog and sometimes bath and trim which adds another two hours. I can happily say that my two are very maneagable using this regime.

I would agree Nicky! Enzo usually gets a very quick brushing in the mornings, especially if we are going out.( can't have a messy Doodle!). And then a sit down to good thorough combing at night. It's become a very nice bonding time for us, as she enjoys it. And I of course, love any one- on -one time with her!
