Cozy Critter Collars
I am SOOOO disappointed with this company. If anyone has a phone number to reach them I would appreciate having it so that I can talk to a human being. I have sent 4 emails requesting them to contact me. I ordered 2 collars. As soon as I hit submit I realized I made a mistake on 1 size. I emailed them 3 times about it BEFORE I got a shipping confirmation and they still sent the wrong size.
So, if anyone can help me get in touch with them I would appreciate it. If they cannot rectify the situation I will NEVER ORDER from them again

I'm sorry you are disappointed. For the next time, I just received a fantastic collar from one of our own DK members. Mibo Collars Wow, nice. Beautiful and great quality.
I did go to the website, but the only communication was via email http://cozycritter.com/
There was also a link to join our group on Facebook. When I clicked on the link-- broken.
So, I did a search on Facebook. The groups with similar names were not about collars.
I'm really sorry. Possibly, if you never get this resolved, a rescue or shelter may love the collars. Or donate them to a local organization who is having a private auction.
Sorry, I did try to help. Maybe others have an idea. How frustrating and disappointing.

I did all those same things to try and contact them. I did contact the BBB in their area and there have been other complaints.
My good friend runs our township shelter. They will look beautiful on on of the wonderful pups in their shelter.

I am sorry about your disappointing experience :( I don't have any experience with that company, but I have a recommendation- an Etsy shop called Wagologie. It is where all of Ragley's collars are from and they are gorgeous and very well made. The owner is Lauren and she is wonderful to work with!
