I emailed to complain about the free shipping code not working and they sent me another code to use.  Unfortunately that code was expired, so I complained again.  The end result is they are giving me a $14 refund on my order (shipping cost $12).  Good service :)

I was disapointed with Cyber Monday today - not only for dogs but for people too......didn't think there were that many "great" deals.  Maybe I missed them, or it was stuff I didn't need.  Good for the wallet though :)

I didn't find one bargain on anything I wanted today.  If the item was on sale, they gonged you for postage so the price wasn't a sale price.  I ordered NOTHING.

Nothing for Jack BUT got a large screen TV! We needed a new TV for the family room. DH has been researching and yesterday found a deal too good to pass up! Plus no sales tax, free next day delivery. Which means it's coming today and I had to run out last night and get a TV stand type piece of furniture. It's in place now, waiting for TV!
