Dancing Doodles!!

In the hopes that we can get a fun discussion going for just a bit and in honor of Allyson's  (of Allyson, Peri, and Taquito) dancing mom, let's post some pictures of our doodles up on their hind legs. Vern loves to dance when the music is on and if you pat your shoulders he will join you in a dance and if you are really lucky, he might sneak in a kiss or two.  I had to cheat a bit with Fudge. She is a shy little wallflower...well, maybe just not a dancer.

Listen, lady, I've been waiting in the Vern line for a long time! Besides, there are too many dogs at your house already! Let's see, 4 Yorkies, a lab, a doodle, and another foster doodle, that makes 7 if the old math is still accurate.

Here's an idea: Fudge is pretty small, and you could probably make room for her. Laurie has to pass through Illinois to get to Iowa, so she can drop Vern off on her way. :)

Wait just a minute....Laurie already told me I could have Vern.  I'm going to have to go back through some discussions to find the proof, but I'm sure she'll remember.

Um...about that 50 lb maximum weight restriction at your subdivision? You may be able to pass  Murphy off as being under the limit, but I think you're going to have a serious problem doing the same with 90 lb. Vern. And there must be a limit on the number of dogs as well, I'm thinkin'.

Oh yea, I broke the rules with one dog, but two may be pushing it.  I don't know though because half of our neighbors don't see very well (old), so they might think Vern was Murph.  I had one of the more crabby neighbors say to me the other day when I was walking Guinness "I like this little guy, but your other one is very funny looking".  Of course I was "POd" so I asked her what would make her say that.  Her answer was "he looks like a Poodle with long skinny legs, but maybe when he's finished growing he'll look better".  WTD!  I would have said something, but I figure some day I'll be old too.    Okay, he can be YOURS.
