I needed to know this. Now I know I still have some brains left. I say, "Down with doors!"
How far can we take this? Maybe obesity in our country can be blamed on the very popular open-concept houses. Your brain always thinks you're in the kitchen, because there are no doors telling your brain that you're out of the kitchen, so you're always doing what you're normally doing in the kitchen, which is eating. Your brain thinks the entire house is one giant kitchen. It's never preparing a blank slate for the next locale. So we can blame doors for memory loss, and we can blame the lack of doors for obesity. Doors are really out to get us, even if it is with their absence. It's a stretch, but obesity really needs a scapegoat. It can't all be McDonald's fault. :)
Leslie, I think you may be on to something big, hold that thought.
LOL, Leslie!
Funny!
Fantastic reasoning...I going with it!!!
Good excuse, Leslie.
Amen! It makes sense because I always go back to where I started to remember what I was going to do and nine times out of ten it works:)
What a relief!
Hilarious Leslie, sounds as fool proof as the open doors theory!
F. the passing through doors theory would also explain why my DH never remembers what I asked him to do before he left the room....I guess I will have to forgive him if I use it.
