Thank you Nancy!...Haven't they come SO FAR?....Can't take personal credit....I always say it and I mean it every time...It's our volunteers and all of you who are the TRUE heroes of DRC...In the case of Faith Hope & Lovey the heroes are DRC Texas Director Kim Konradi and volunteers Ron & Caron McGill.
Kim and I were literally crying today when we saw the picture of Faith in her home in New Jersey...This was a feral, starved, sick, scared puppy when Kim pulled her and Hope & Lovey from the kill shelter in Texas.LOOK AT HER NOW!
Wonderful story....these are the things that just warm my heart. Sweet girls with a new chance for a happy Doodle life. Thank you, Jacquie, and everyone else who played a part in this.
What is it they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words"? Well, these pictures say it all - they say... 1) I am one lucky doodle 2) YOU are one special lady and 3) Thank you to everyone who helps place these poor doodles into homes so they feel like they (dogs and families) have just won the lottery! What a wonderful post! This must have made your day!
This is so wonderful. They all look completely different. Again, what a difference a little love makes. Thanks for posting this and for everything the DRC does.
I'm so glad I'm working from home today because I'm crying (and I don't even know about these dogs!). Their before and afters are startling, and my tears were of happiness to see how far they've come and how happy, relaxed and loved they look!
