Do your Doodles Hunt??

Our Pierre went ducking hunting here in Wisconsin in October. He was 11 mo old and no formal training, just a love to retrieve. He brought back all the ducks he was sent after and slept for two days just to rest up. We put the coat on him for warmth and burr protection. I would love to hear other stories

Is your dog an F1? If so his hunting drive could be really strong, both the poodle and the lab are known for their hunting and retrieving skills.

The Australian Labradoodle is also a mix of wonderful breeds that are great hunters so no matter the generation you will likely find many doodles who are great hunters!

Great pictures and congratulations! Murphy also has a tremedous drive to retrieve. We have always had retrieving dogs because my ex husband is a duck hunter. Murphy is the best we have ever had.
