Fortunately our girls have never missed us quite this badly!  How about yours?

Oh my goodness!

We have horizontal blinds, but our windows are all too tall for Luna to reach.  The front window that is the full height of the door doesn't have any coverings at all (for her sake).

You are so right Joanne! I had never experienced any problems with them until Nietzsche was hurt, but I removed all of them and will never have them again.
