Trixie gets very hot...During the day & At night.  During the Day there is Tile she can sleep on.  But at Night she only will have her bed or Carpet (she is still in her kennel right now)

 

Some one brought up cooling mats (another thread)

 

I am also wondering about Cot Beds.  if you have one- Does your Doodle like it?

Do you think they help keep them a little cooler vs a regular dog bed.  I thought maybe with air being able to circulate under them it might help.

 

If you have one...Where did you get it?

Is it washable?

We have gone through two covers so far. Vern digs in them, but they are only $8.00 and it saves wear and tear on my furniture. I need to post a picture of what is left of his bed...time for another cover :)

I bought two from www.idogbeds.com (cute doodle on the ad too).    In comparing prices, I believe their price is quite competitive.  I paid $26.98 for the deluxe size.

We don't have one, but I think that the best ones out there are the Kuranda dog beds.  They are guaranteed indestructible, and they will replace it for you in the unlikely event that your dog manages to destry it!!  Lots of boarding kennels and rescue centres use them.

We got Trixies travel cot last week.  She loved it right away.  Here is a picture of her enjoying it.

She only weighs 30#s here & it is for dogs up to 100#!  I dont think so- LOL

 

 

It doesnt fit in our bedroom...Which I realized after I ordered it. But  I think it will be great for Outings to parks, etc.
