Doggy Snow Boots

Last evening I happened to be waiting for a prescription so I ran into our local Dollarama next door.  I happened to check out the doggie section and came across Neoprene Dog Boots for $2 so of course I couldn't resist after picking snowballs from Maddie's paws every 5 minutes at the dog park yesterday.  The selling factor was they were the exact pink colour of her collar.

This morning after Maddie had gone out and eaten her breakfast I tried them on and took a few pictures.  They were a bit slippery on the hardwood floors at first but she caught on quickly and she didn't seem to mind them at all.  I put her outside and she ran around and they stayed on with no problem.  I didn't take any pics outside because I was (and still am) in my PJ's.

I am going to take her to the dog park again today so I will take pics and I will let everyone know how they worked.

Has anyone else used the neoprene boots from the dollar store?

I want a neoprene snow suit complete with hood and face mask ........  My floors are a mess and I keep telling myself why bother mopping them because in 5 mins they are going to be a mess again!    ugg.

That's great you found them at the dollar store.  The muttlucks are so expensive!  I love the dollar store, so many bargains!

What a great buy and hot pink it definitely her color! It looks like she is on the move in them so that is a good sign!!  They make her feet look so tiny! :)

Well the boots were a big hit at the park and they actually stayed on the entire time we were there (1 1/2 hr).  I continually found myself counting her 4 pink feet everytime she flew by me to make sure they were still on.  I only managed to get one picture of Maddie showing some friends her new hot pink boots and then my battery died.

They stayed on no problem and she even left them on while we drove home.  I'm sure they won't last forever since they are from the dollar store but at least I know I can buy her some top of the line ones (on sale of course lol) and she'll keep them on so I won't be wasting my money.
