I hope the owner will now be more responsible.  Time will tell.

I wish I could spirit him away and take him home.  He looks like a very nice doodle.

It seems strange that he has been picked up four different times.  I wish he had a better home.

He sits in jail while his owners get even more publicity for him and he becomes even more popular.  What will come of it this time ... another book, possibly a modeling contract, a movie ... who knows.  Ugh!

He is apparently an escape artist.  One time he slipped his collar; this time he got out of a fence.  He can jump quite high and I would imagine he could easily get out of a 6 foot fence.  : (

And probably all because they leave him alone in the yard for hours on end!  I hope someone responsible finds him one of these times, cleans up his coat and brings it back to normal so the owners will not recognize him and give him a great home.
