Doodle with a drippy nose?

Meg has the oddest nose of any dog we have ever shared our home with.  Either it is completely dry or it actually drips.  She may be asleep or running around playing and there is a constant drip of clear liquid. She doesn't do a lot of sneezing  and doesn't seem to have anything bothering her.  It drips on my leg or the couch when she is on my lap.  Anyone have an idea why she would get a drippy nose so often?

Annie is also a nose dripper.  Totally clear, and like water... her's doesnt usually drip all the way out, because when I can see it, I wipe it off for her LOL.
