Dress Up Doodles!!

I was recently home for an anniversary party and talking with my niece and her husband about dogs. They were on the verge of getting a new dog and somehow the topic came up about people who dress their dogs up. I started laughing and said, "Oh, those people are wackos and by the way, Fudge and Vern were bees for Halloween."

 

 

Recently, I came across this picture for some reason or another and it made me laugh. Don't you think this is what our dogs are thinking about us when we dress them up.

I know we have a Naked Doodle's Club, but Fudge and Vern, unfortunately, have one of those wacky people living with them that doesn't always follow the rules. I would love to see some photos of embarrassing things we have put on our doodles for our own enjoyment. Just another perk of dog ownership :)

Ok, first of all, I have to tell you I love your bedroom furniture and the subjects sitting on the bed are all adorable. I love the expressions in some of the pictures. I think your dogs are thinking the same thing as the dog in the picture in this discussion....LOL!!

I think you are right about their expressions, but they are good sports about it.  The Raggedy Ann's my Mom made for me when I was probably late Jr. High or early High School so they are probably older than the many of people on DK    :o(  The big bear you can partially see she made as well.  There are actually two of them at the foot of the bed.  This is actually our guest room but we refer to it as Emma's room.

I love all these "dress up" pictures.  Unfortunately I have never been successful in getting my guys to even wear bandannas.  They are hopeless naked Doodle boys.  I gave up the fight, but I can live vicariously through all of you.
