Dress Up Doodles!!

I was recently home for an anniversary party and talking with my niece and her husband about dogs. They were on the verge of getting a new dog and somehow the topic came up about people who dress their dogs up. I started laughing and said, "Oh, those people are wackos and by the way, Fudge and Vern were bees for Halloween."

 

 

Recently, I came across this picture for some reason or another and it made me laugh. Don't you think this is what our dogs are thinking about us when we dress them up.

I know we have a Naked Doodle's Club, but Fudge and Vern, unfortunately, have one of those wacky people living with them that doesn't always follow the rules. I would love to see some photos of embarrassing things we have put on our doodles for our own enjoyment. Just another perk of dog ownership :)

We are all having such fun laughing at our doods in costume, but most of them are not laughing back --  which makes it even funnier!  Poor guys.

I am laughing so hard at Vern's Carmen Miranda outfit, I mean WITH Vern, with Vern. I'm sure he is very pleased to be in that get-up.

Bonnie, I wish I could take credit for that...but it is a picture I found on the internet. I just loved the caption for this discussion. It does give me a great idea and it could easily be duplicated. Wait until I tell Vern....LOL!!
