Ear infection?
Hello-
Fiona has one ear that looks red inside and has small little bumps. Looks irritated but she doesn't seem to notice it at all. Anybody else have something like this? Im not sure if I need to take her to the vet or it's something that I may be able to clean on my own. Thanks!

She should really see the vet. There are different types of infections, and the meds to treat them are different. The only way to know what you're dealing with is to have a culture done.
